NKRF worked closely with a European space customer to design a mini-bend cable assembly, with SMA connectors bending very close to the cable-connector joint. These were subsequently deployed in LEO mission across 4 satellites, accumulating ~10 years of space heritage in 2025 and counting!
DRDO lab approached NKRF to produce a high complexity phase match of 70 cables in a set at 40 GHz. We were able to achieve an impressive ±2.5 degree phase match against a target of ±3 degrees. Despite high frequencies and tight deadlines NKRF was able to achieve high precision & reliable interconnects.
NKRF was awarded by DRDO lab the supply of long-length (15m and above), phase-matched RF cable assemblies for one of India's most prestigious fighter aircraft, with CEMILAC approval.
NKRF is skilled in generating panel mount and rack wiring harness assemblies across a variety of diff connectors incl circular connectors and D-sub connectors. (DRDO project)
